Greek recipe!

A balmy summers evening + charcoal grilled sardines (caught by shining a bright light into the water, which attracts them so they can easily be scooped up), a garnish of flat-leafed parsley and sweet, red onions + a glass of your wine of preference.

At full moon this fishing method doesn't work as there is too much background light, so the fishermen get a well deserved rest!
